Shipping policy
WHERE WE SHIP
We ship to all provinces and territories across Canada. We do not currently ship internationally.
SHIPPING COST
Shipping is free on all orders across Canada. No minimum order is required.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery estimates after dispatch:
- British Columbia: 2 to 5 business days
- Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba: 3 to 7 business days
- Ontario, Quebec: 5 to 10 business days
- Atlantic Canada: 7 to 12 business days
- Territories (Yukon, NWT, Nunavut) and remote communities: 10 to 20 business days or longer
These are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.
TRACKING
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Use the link provided to track your shipment directly with the carrier.
DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives visibly damaged, note the damage with the carrier at the time of delivery and take photographs before accepting the package. Contact us at hello@hushify.ca within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs.
If a shipment appears lost in transit, contact us at hello@hushify.ca and we will open an investigation with the carrier. Investigations typically take 5 to 10 business days.
We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the correct address that are subsequently lost or stolen.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at hello@hushify.ca. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.
LARGE FORMAT PRODUCTS
Our acoustic panels are large-format freight items (94.5" x 25.5"). Delivery arrangements may vary. We will contact you if any special delivery coordination is required for your order.
