How many panels do I need?

Each panel is 94.5" tall by 25.5" wide and covers about 16.7 sq ft. Use the calculator on any product page: enter your wall's height and width and it tells you exactly how many panels to order. We recommend adding one extra panel to cover installation cuts and future repairs.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on every order, anywhere in Canada. No minimum order.

How fast will my order arrive?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. After dispatch, typical delivery times are 2-5 business days in BC, 3-7 in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba, 5-10 in Ontario and Quebec, 7-12 in Atlantic Canada, and 10-20+ for the territories and remote areas.

What if I change my mind?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on panels that are uninstalled, uncut, and still sealed in their original packaging. Email hello@hushify.ca before shipping anything back and we'll walk you through it. Full details are in our refund policy.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Inspect your order on delivery and email hello@hushify.ca within 7 days if any panel arrives damaged or defective. We cover return shipping for the affected panels and send a replacement or refund them in full.

What are the panels made of?

An MDF core wrapped in real wood veneer on three sides, backed with recycled PET acoustic felt. Mounted directly to drywall they carry an NRC rating of 0.5, and acoustic performance increases with an air gap or insulation behind them.

Will the colour match the photos exactly?

Real wood veneer varies slightly in tone and grain from batch to batch - that is the nature of the material. If exact colour matching is critical for your project, email hello@hushify.ca before ordering and we'll help you choose.
