TAX REGISTRATION

Goods and Services Tax / Harmonized Sales Tax (GST/HST) is collected on applicable orders in accordance with the Excise Tax Act (Canada).

British Columbia Provincial Sales Tax (PST) is collected on applicable orders in accordance with the Provincial Sales Tax Act (BC).

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

All matters relating to hushify.ca, including these policies and any dispute arising from a transaction, are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Victoria, British Columbia.
