RETURN POLICY

Hushify wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we will work with you to make it right please email us at hello@hushify.ca.

RETURN WINDOW

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests made after 30 days may not be accepted.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Panels have not been installed, cut, or altered in any way
  • Panels are in their original, undamaged condition
  • Items must be in their original, unopened manufacturer's sealed packaging (sealed in plastic, factory seal intact). We cannot accept any opened packages.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
  • A return request must be submitted to hello@hushify.ca before shipping anything back otherwise it will not be accepted

Panels that have been installed, cut, trimmed, or modified in any way are not eligible for return.

WOOD VENEER COLOUR VARIATION

Natural wood veneer panels vary in tone and grain from batch to batch. Variation within the normal range of the product finish is not considered a defect and does not qualify for return. We strongly recommend ordering a sample before purchasing your full order if colour matching is critical. Sample products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any panel arrives damaged in transit or with a manufacturing defect, we will cover the return shipping cost for the affected panel(s) only and offer you a replacement or a full refund for the damaged panel(s) only. Undamaged panels from the same order are not covered under this clause.

To initiate a damage or defect claim:

  • Contact us at hello@hushify.ca within 7 days of delivery
  • Use the subject line "Damage Claim - Order #[your order number]"
  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damage or defect
  • We will review your claim and respond within 2 business days

We reserve the right to request additional evidence or arrange an inspection before approving any claim. We also reserve the right to assess whether damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or transit issue versus improper handling or installation.

CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

Change-Of-Mind returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the material. If you wish to return an item for any reason other than a defect or damage (including incorrect finish selection), the following applies:

  • Refunds are issued for the full product price, minus the original outbound shipping cost and the return shipping cost
  • No restocking fee applies
  • Return shipping costs will be confirmed to you before the return is processed and deducted directly from your refund
  • Partial order returns are accepted. Each eligible panel will be assessed individually.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Email hello@hushify.ca with the subject line "Return Request - Order #[your order number]" and include:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos of the item in its current, unopened condition

Do not ship anything back before receiving written confirmation and an authorized return order from us. Upon authorization, we will provide you with the return shipping label and warehouse address. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Hushify is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. If the returned item arrives in a condition inconsistent with the photos provided at the time of the return request, the return may not be eligible for a refund.

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt, minus any applicable shipping deductions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at hello@hushify.ca.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Installed, cut, or modified panels
  • Any opened or unsealed packages
  • Items returned without prior written authorization
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Sample products
